Perspective is important in the growing process. I want everyone to thrive.
I offer a variety of presentations and training that centers perspectives of trans, queer, and BIPOC individuals, with a focus on inclusivity in the spaces we inhabit together. Education is the first step to creating a more inclusive environment for our communities, framing things on a more meso and macro-level can open the dialogue on how our systems impact our students, clients, colleagues, and employees.
In my work as a therapist, trainer, director of a group practice, and senior leadership member, I have learned that there often needs to be inquiry, acknowledgment, and change in our systems - my training, consultation, and presentations will work to offer perspective and discover how change can happen in your community.
